Isaiah is a supply chain and procurement leader with more than 15 years of experience across agriculture, fresh produce, and energy services. He currently serves as Director of Supply Chain for a California fresh-produce grower-shipper. There he manages vendor relationships, supply and capacity planning for growth, and the day-to-day realities of moving perishable product on time.
From 2013 to 2018, Isaiah worked at Halliburton in demand planning and logistics. He led a logistics team, negotiated contracts with logistics providers, ran forecasting, and handled international customs and trade requirements.
He holds the Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) credential from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management from California State University, Bakersfield.
